The Company in concern is in the media industry for last 7 years . It has opened a position to hire an Admin/Operations Manger with prior experience in Facility Management. It will be a great experience for the deserving candidate to work with this organization in this period of growth and development for the upkeep and overall support and maintenance of the premises .

The Location of the premises is in Noida. The work of the Admin/Operations/Facilities Manager will span a wide range of functional areas :

As the head and overall in charge , you will be responsible to quickly take over the following duties :

• Manage the Facility and Office Building
• Ensure the Housekeeping and administration and Statutory compliance
• Manage and Interact with Tenants ,resolve their problems and issues arising in sync with the head quarters instruction.
• Take care of the day to day activates and task
• Supervise the staff and provide direction.
• Effectively supervise house keeping activities.
• Supervising the bank activities and interaction with the banking personnel's if required.
• Report any issues and problems arising and take necessary steps to resolve the matter in alignment with the decision from the top management.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of prior experience as admin in charge of Facilities Manage
• Should have a very basic understanding of accounts and Banking transactions
• Should be at least a graduate with exposure in Building Management
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Positive approach towards the task assigned
• Quick to comprehend and Self motivated
• Basic Knowledge of Computer- MS Office and Internet and Good Typing Speed
• Independently handling the task and getting things done from others.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹360,000.00 /year.
