We are looking for candidates who can work preferably in-house (Cochin) or work full time
from a remote location.
The position responsibilities include:
- Comprehend and analyze the contents of reviews from various online, social media and
- survey sources.
- Enter the opinion-based text (reviews, comments, feedback. etc.) from the data sources
- in the software.
- Identify and categorize the opinion-based text (Sentiments) by operational category
- Classify/Tag sentiments as positive, negative or neutral.
Skills required:
- Fluency in English language (speaking and comprehension)
- Have good analytical skillsBe a fast learner
- Social Media domain knowledge and understanding
- Basic computer knowledge including web browsers and Microsoft Office products.
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 /year
